My name is Christina Charistou. I design and make small batch, one of a kind ceramic pieces in Corinthia, Greece.

RAVENA is a creative endeavor that has been growing with me since 2014. After working with different materials, I finally got to explore clay in 2020 and have been diving into its endless potential ever since.

Being an architect-designer by profession, RAVENA is a much needed outlet for rules-free artistic expression, inspired by my love for nature, everyday rituals, simple forms and tactile textures.

I have lots of fun photographing my own pieces. This gives me a chance to appreciate them through a different perspective, and to complete the visual concept, I often toy around with, during the initial design process.

Each object is uniquely handcrafted, intended as a timeless piece that will hopefully enhance the beauty of each space and invoke moments of quite reflection.
